The Lakeshore Spa

I stopped in a few weeks ago for some information on what they offer. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy was I in for a treat!! The receptionist greeted me with a smile, asked how she could help and gave me her full attention. I could tell she genuinely cared about me as a customer and really went above and beyond!! Customer service was a WOW, And that's saying something these days. Truely taken care of and treated with appreciation as a customer. The facility is well maintained and very clean. I will use Lakeshore Spa always, and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Had a great facial cleanser at lakeshore spa. The experience was amazing and would 100% recommend. Special shoutout to Brooklyn for the comfortability and being so informative whilst a curating that.

Just walked out of Lakeshore Spa after a quick 45-minute deep tissue session with Nicolas, and wow—my body feels brand new. As someone with a packed schedule, I needed something fast but effective, and Nicolas nailed it. He zeroed in on my tight shoulders and lower back (all that desk time!) with expert pressure and smooth, targeted strokes. No fluff, just pure relief in under an hour. The lakeside vibe is still as calming as ever—soft lights, gentle water sounds, and that signature lavender scent. Staff is friendly, check-in was seamless, and the price is spot-on for the quality. Perfect for busy folks who need a real recharge without the time commitment. Booking my next one already! 🙌🌊

I haven't had a massage in many years and today I feel like jello.... Shaneel you are amazing. I haven't felt this good in years and can actually move my neck and arms without pain. Looking forward to my next visit. Everyone at the spa is so friendly and welcoming.
